Our turnaround times are typically 48 hours from when we receive your sample. When the results are posted, you will receive an email with instructions to view the report. You will log in with your email address and PIN.

Included in your report email will be a link to schedule a consultation with one of our veterinarians to review the report and discuss next steps.
